he snow has a mysterious charm, as all that is rare and precious. We are used to seeing it on the tops of mountains, but when it comes down quietly and cloaked the city manages to be even more impressive. For those who live in Rome, the excitement of the city dressed in white is a rare event, but anyone who has had the opportunity to appreciate such a sight can certainly testify that the city takes on an almost unreal even magical.
